For Bethani and Tim Webb, pregnancy was already an exciting journey—until an ultrasound revealed something extraordinary. The nurse gasped as she counted four identical babies, a natural occurrence so rare it happens only once in 15 million pregnancies.
The Alberta couple had no idea they were expecting quadruplets, let alone identical ones. “I couldn’t believe it,” Bethani admitted. With no history of twins or triplets in their families, the news was even more shocking.
In 2016, their four daughters—Abigail, McKayla, Grace, and Emily—were born healthy via C-section. Telling them apart was tricky, so the Webbs used colored nail polish on their tiny toes.
Life with quadruplets is anything but ordinary. Between feedings, diaper changes (48 a day!), and sleepless nights, the couple relies on help from volunteers and donations. Their community even pitched in for a larger car to fit the whole family.
“It’s overwhelming but amazing,” Bethani shared. Now living with Tim’s mother, they’re adjusting to their chaotic, love-filled life—proof that sometimes, the most unexpected surprises bring the greatest joy.
