The Wedding Night That Changed Everything

The grand wedding hall sparkled with chandeliers and champagne flutes, but Anna felt like a ghost in her own life. At just twenty-two, she had been married off to Iván, a wealthy sixty-year-old man with cold eyes and a calculating smile.

Her parents were overjoyed. To them, this union meant stability, luxury, and a future free from struggle. But Anna’s heart was heavy. She had never wanted this.

As the night wore on, she forced herself to smile, to play the role of the happy bride. But inside, she was screaming.

When they were finally alone, Iván turned to her with a chilling request.

“From now on, you’ll call me ‘Daddy.’”

Anna’s stomach twisted. His words weren’t playful—they were possessive. He then confessed something even darker.

“I’ve known your family for years. I made sure they owed me. And now, you belong to me.”

The realization hit her like a slap. This wasn’t just an arranged marriage—it was a trap.

Terrified but determined, Anna knew she had to run. That very night, she gathered her courage and fled, disappearing into the darkness.

She didn’t know what awaited her outside those mansion walls, but anything was better than the nightmare she had just escaped.
