The company’s customer service team was responsive and took the report seriously, initiating a traceback using the batch number I provided. While the outcome of their internal investigation is important, the broader lesson remains. This experience underscores the critical role consumers play in the supply chain. By speaking up about defects and contaminants, we contribute to a collective feedback loop that holds companies accountable. Our small story is a reminder that vigilance, followed by responsible action, is a powerful tool for ensuring public safety.
